Hello

This blog is my *virtual magazine* of stunning homes in Australia currently for sale. The homes are not necessarily perfect (like in a magazine shoot) so you need to forgive some obvious mistakes, and just enjoy seeing how others live, perhaps even take some inspiration from here n' there! (if you see your home here, take a bow because I search high and low before I finally decide to post a home for my blog!) THANKS FOR DROPPING BY...

Toorak's finest

Divine Living in downtown Melbourne!

PRICE RANGE: $2-3 Million (unconfirmed)

Property Summary

Category: House
Bedrooms: 5
Bathrooms: 6
Garage: 4
Close to: Melbourne: 5km (direct line)

Bestill my heart, despite this home looking quite boxy from the outside, it is a beautifully designed and decorated residence, 10 minutes from the city of Melbourne in one of our most expensive suburbs, Toorak...

We have a black front door too, so they must have good taste! LOL

I wonder if this home is as stunning
in real life as it in these pics!

Mannequin in the hallway, we should all do that!

This formal living rooms are divine!
The curtains are softly draped in an amazing mix of old and new...

Even the casual living areas are elegant, but relaxed...

The kids area no doubt!
(with it's own bar of course!)

The is nothing short of fabulous, great colours, great materials,
all round beauty!
I love the glass display wall to the right of the above pic...

What a dreamy bedroom, again, the curtains, awe...

In case you didn't notice, the bathrooms appear to be the "run of the mill" marble!
Black chandelier contrast, nice touch!
Apparently each of the 5 bedrooms has their own bathroom, of course...

Here's the Master Plan, wowza!

Absolutely stunning. Love the black/white exterior too. 2-3 million almost doesn't seem like enough given the location.

Impressive house! What I like best of all is the black chandelier boldly contrasting with the white marble of the bathroom. So elegant. And those chairs in the living room are wonderful too.

I don't know about the mannequin's dress. Seems a bit spooky to me! Anyway, a great find Annie!

After this I must say: Have a luxurious day!

That house is beautiful. I love the grand front door with the iron door in front of it. Love the kitchen, staircase, the diningroom, the patio space, and especially the marble bathroom. The black chandelier really adds a nice punch.
Ok I admit I love every room. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Annie, nice blog. The $2-3 million though wouldn't even pay for the tennis court. I would say more like at least $10 - 12 million. Tis a beauty though.

this house is off listings at the moment but I'm sure will come back in, in a few months time.
They are currently asking... wait for it, wait for it ... FIFTEEN MILLION PLUS for this house, they bought for just over $6m 2 to 3 years ago!!!! they spent a long time renovating it. I read that new price in a snippet property article in the herald sun, got quite a shock when I saw it listed here, so thought I'd update your info!! wish I was rich!!!!!
