Hello

This blog is my *virtual magazine* of stunning homes in Australia currently for sale. The homes are not necessarily perfect (like in a magazine shoot) so you need to forgive some obvious mistakes, and just enjoy seeing how others live, perhaps even take some inspiration from here n' there! (if you see your home here, take a bow because I search high and low before I finally decide to post a home for my blog!) THANKS FOR DROPPING BY...

The Renovators - outdoor challenges

Garden, building exteriors etc...
They do these challenges so fast, usually around 4 hours, I just don't know how they do it, but they do!!!

Front Exterior Challenge

I loved this one the best!

I thought this had a lot of "cuteness" about it.

Interesting...

And here they all are lined up!

Oh I missed the episode with all the terrace houses - they are gorgeous. Love that 'cute' one!

Ok - The Renovators! Now to be completely honest, I actually auditioned for this show at Coco Republic, but didn't get past the first round. I'm actually thankful now given what I've seen of the show, and I really don't think I could have been away from my family for 6 months. So it's probably just as well. But, I am enjoying the show. These renovators have so much more style and skill than those on The Block, in my opinion. My one complaint, is the wastage! What the heck! It drives me nuts when they erect these amazing rooms and houses and gardens in either the warehouse or random places, which are only going to be torn down moments later. What's going on there? The one redeeming episode was when they created the BBQ areas for the Dads which I thought was great, but why can't they do something like that every week? Build something in a playground, or childcare centre, or hospital or for a charity when it is having some benefit, but just doing these rooms on a TV set to be pulled apart after filming it so criminal I can't bare it. Am I the only one thinking like this?
