I loved this home from outside,
there are a few "dated" areas in the home,
but before you all criticize,
just remember it's not a show home,

It is a bit 90's, but I like it.
The photos are a bit all over the placeand I fail to see how a professional photographer
came out with this quality of photos (poor),
but anyway, you get the idea.
eg. Look at the skirting boards.
The formal areas are dated,but signs of classic furniture is around...
Great floors,I bet people say that to them all the time!

I like it. The dated areas could easily be rectified by changing out the wall lighting (ick), as you can see downlights.
The bathroom could be easily changed by changing the counter top and putting in a frameless showerscreen.
I do like it though, those floors are amazing!
I like it too! Wouldn't take too much to put a personal stamp on the dated areas. Would be able to increase the real estate value too no doubt once that is done.

A bit dated, but I love it and would kill to get my hands on it. With a bit of updating and some great decor it would be spectacular. The house design is beautiful, love the high ceilings, skirtings, all the windows, back garden and pool, pitch of roof etc. Lovely old dame.
