I looked for over an hour tonight at SA homes.

The thing is, there's so many gorgeous
South Australian (SA) home "exteriors"

when you look inside the homes,
oh dear, not so good.
I was nearly going to do a post with just pics
of the front facades - they are the best in Aus for me.
But seriously SA'ians, can you decorate beyond the 80's??

Then I found this little beach shack,
and I thought, ok, it's staged to sell,
it's new, but there is still heaps of great things
to take as inspiration from this house,
so I'll take it!
(and it was the best I could find by a long shot!!)

Nearly $2 Million, but ok,
if you've got it, why not!

I've never heard of Encounter Bay,
but I'd love to go see it one day!

I think this is the "stand out" thing in the whole house,
