Although it is very "country", maybe this for my future country house,
and something more modern for my "city" house!

Definitely an old one with the size of those vj's, the cornices around the bay window and the single panel vj's on the exterior. Those single panel vj walls make it very cold for the person sleeping on the other side of the wall let me tell you! Chelmer is gorgeous, but make sure you check the latest flood map before buying as it's right along the Brisbane River. Laurel Avenue Chelmer is always listed as one of "the" streets in Brisbane ... gorgeous!
